CommScope MT500A is a legacy model of the DryLine Dehydrator (originally under the Andrew Corporation brand). It is an automatic membrane dehydrator designed to provide dry, low-pressure air to microwave antennas and transmission line systems to prevent moisture buildup, which can cause signal degradation or equipment damage.

CommScope MT500B is the direct successor to the MT500A. It represented a major technological jump for the DryLine® series, moving from mechanical pressure switches to microprocessor-based controls and adding a digital display for real-time status monitoring.

Microprocessor Control: Managed by an electronic control module that improves pressure accuracy and reliability.

Digital Display: Features an LCD that shows system pressure, alarm status, and the “last event” log.

    
Extended Compressor Life: Uses an improved membrane that requires less operating pressure (approx. 50 psi internally vs. the older 90 psi), which can double the life of the compressor.

CommScope MT500D (part of the Andrew DryLine® series) is a high-output automatic membrane dehydrator designed to protect microwave antennas and transmission lines by providing a constant supply of dry, pressurized air. This prevents moisture buildup, which can cause signal attenuation and equipment corrosion.
